Payment policy

How balances are funded, held and reconciled.
Prepaid only
The platform is prepaid. Sending requires a positive balance and the cost of a send is reserved before it begins.
Confirmation
A top-up appears on the balance once the payment is confirmed. Every change to the balance is listed in the account with the amount before and after.
Disputes
Raise a disputed charge with [email protected] quoting the reference shown in your account. Charges are recorded once per message.
Currency
All pricing, balances and charges are in EUR.
