The point
App notifications are free and unlimited, which is why they get ignored, muted and switched off. A text reaches the phone whether or not your app is installed, which is exactly why it should be used sparingly.

Why it keeps coming up
A push only reaches people who installed and allowed it. It is one of those things every team works out eventually, usually after a campaign that did not do what it should have.
What to do with it
Change one thing at a time and measure it. Delivery rate first, then what people did next. A high delivery rate with no response is a wording problem, not a sending problem.
How the platform helps
Segments, costs, sender names and per message statuses are all on screen while you work, so the decision happens before the money moves rather than after.
Getting started
Create your account with email and password. No KYC and no approval queue. Add credits, paste your numbers, choose your sender name and send in under five minutes.
